    Dear candidate
    Their will be five subjects/sections in written test of clerical IBPS combined entrance exam ENGISH LANGUAGE is one of them. Other than english, Following are the four sections-
    # GENERAL AWARENESS
    # LOGICAL REASONING
    # QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE
    # COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE.

    Their will be 50 questions from each subjects and the candidate have to score atleast minimum qualifying marks in each subject individually. The minimum qualifying marks for the ibps cwe exam is 40% marks. It means the candidate have to score atleast 40 percent marks in each sections to qualify in the written test.

    Dear the minimum qualifying marks in English section vary for reserved and un reserved caste candidates.
    >>For general and obc candidate is 20 out of 50 marks.

    Dear Aspirant,

    For This Exam candidate should secure minimum marks for qualifying of every section

    CUT off marks will be decided on based on the average of (Average -1/4 Standard Deviation for General Category Candidates and Average -3/4 Standard Deviation for Reserved Candidates.

    Cut off marks for English is Generally 20 Marks.It is depending on Group Performance of Candidates.Some times Cut of between 10 marks to 20 Marks So dear Aspirant,You should answer only known questions,Don't answer unknown questions.

    According to me from the analysis it should be for:::::

    Reasoning - 22-27 marks
    English - 12-18 marks
    QA- 21-26 marks
    General Awareness- 25-30
    Computer Knowledge - 25-30

    Ibps stands for Institute of Banking personnel selection. The ibps is authorsized for taking common written exam for 19 nationalised banks of India for PO and clerk post seperatly.
    >>In Ibps clerk exam patern it consists of total 5 sections, every section contains 50 questions then total 250 questions and every question is of one mark. There is neccessary for candidates to pass in every section seperatly by gaining minimum passing marks.
    >>The minimum passing mark for general candidate and obc candidate will be 40% i.e. 20 marks out of 50 marks and for other reserved class is 35% marks in each section wheather it is of English or other subject.

    5 sections for IBPS clerical exam are,

    Generally, Minimum mark for English is around 12-18

    Dear friend,
    firstly i tell you that IBPS stands for Institute of Banking personnel selection.
    In the IBPS exam conduct in 5 section. Every section is of 50 marks so total marks is 250. And candidate have to must get 40 marks in each section.
    If you will failed to get 40 marks in any section so you are failed.
    So you should have to must get 40 marks in english section.

    there will the 20-30 marks are out off 50 marks in general english .
    there is a -ve marking is in this test it is the 1 fourth of the wrong question

    get the 1mark for the each correct answer
