    Selection Process

Selection process will consist of Written Test and Personal Interview.

All eligible candidates will be invited for written test at their own expense. The Written Test papers will be objective type in nature and will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi & English. Thereafter, the candidates will be called for personal interview in the ratio of 1:3 to the no. of vacancies in order of merit of Written Test Marks.

For applying the above ratio, initially, all UR candidates of each discipline of Diploma, along with such reserved category candidates of that discipline, who do not avail any relaxation, are to be grouped together and then arranged in descending order of written test marks and candidates shall be called for interview in the ratio of 1: 3 in UR category.

After this, candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST categories, who are not shortlisted for interview as UR, shall be regrouped with their respective categories for further consideration and candidates will be called for interview in the prescribed ratio.

Later on, at the time of final selection, the same exercise is to be carried out for all those reserved category candidates considered so far under UR category.

For most of the jobs recruited by the BHEL, the selection process is mostly the written test followed by an interview. All the eligible candidates are invited for written test at their own expense. The Written Test papers will be objective type in nature and will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi & English. Thereafter, the candidates will be called for personal interview in the ratio of 1:3 to the no. of vacancies in order of merit of Written Test Marks. Re: What is the Selection procedure of BHEL Jobs?

    dear friend
BHEL recruits the candidates on the basis of written test conducted by UPSC or GATE score. so you can enter the BHEL organisation
from either way. for getting into the said organisation you have to clear the GATE examination and after that you will be selected directly
to BHEL. or after clearing the UPSC exam you will be called for interview and the final selection will be done on the basis of interview. for
applying both the exam you should be a graduate in engineering from recognised university or colleges. the candidates in the final year can
also apply for UPSC. the minimum age recruitment for appearing for both the exam is 21 years and the age of the candidates should not
more than 30 years. their will be relaxation in upper age limit for the candidates belonging to sc/st and obc category. sc/st candidates is
given 5 years and obc candidates get 3 years relaxation in age.

Re: What is the Selection procedure of BHEL Jobs?

BHEL often carry out examinations for the recruitment of engineering graduates. They are initially appointed in the role of trainees.
The selection process usually comprises of a written test and an interview. ECE graduates can find jobs in the technical section of BHEL.
These job positions are much lucrative also. The details on the selection process will be issued in the official website of BHEL and in leading news dailies.
It is advisable to start preparing early for the entrance exam by referring past papers.

Re: What is the Selection procedure of BHEL Jobs?

Selection Process for BHEL is :
    Through GATE - 2012 Scores +Interview...

They consider 75% weightage to GATE score

and Only 25% weightage to Interview.

Try to score as highest as much you can. if you see GATE top scorer got 91 marks and 2nd topper got 65 marks.
So, scores cannot be predictable and also based on the competition they decide cutoff GATE score.
