    Ibps conduct cwe exam for both bank clerk and p.o for 19 public sector banks. IBPS conducts common written test for p.o and clerical level twice in a year.Following are the details regarding IBPS CWE exam-

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION-
    »»» P.O- Candidates should have completed graduation degree in any descipline from recognised university with atleast 60 percent marks.(55 % for sc/st candidates)

    ELIGIBILITY FOR PO AND CLERK.

    For Bank clerk Eligible Criteria are
    1. Educational Qualification is 12th Pass with 60%
    2. Age limit 18-28 year.

    For Bank PO eligible criteria is as following
    1. Graduate in any discipline from recognized university or college.
    2. Age limit should between 21 - 30 year relaxation for lower cast.

    1.Graduation Complete.
    2.age limit =21 to 30 year.
    Clerical exam criteria:
    1.12th complete 60%

    Syllabus for Bank PO and clerk exams includes aptitude annd the resoning and general english
    1)in that aptitude part consists of Percentage,Algebra,Problem on ages,Simplification,Profit and Loss,calenders,clock problems,trignometry,ratios and proportions,profits and loss,averages,number system,permutations,combination's(go trough rs agarwal book for practice purpose)
    2)verbal section consists of the topics like fill in the blanks,correction of sentences,antonyms,synonyms,vocabulary,comprehensi on passage etc.............,
    3)for reasoning anology,number series,blood relations,directions,alphabet test, etc...............,
    4)general awareness
    5)computer knowledge
    etc..................,,,, are needed
    eligibility for p.o post is degree with 60% and als age limit of 20-26 years for o.c and up to 30 years for non oc's
    eligibility for cerk post is 12 th standard with 55% aggregate.

    Generally Bank Probationary Officers Exam and Bank Clerical Cadre exam have a common Syllabus and and written exam paper consist same sections but way of question of Probationary Officers exam difficult than Clerical Cadre posts.

    Probationary Officers and Clerical Cadre exams written exam consist following Sections Those are as follows
    • General Awareness(with the Special reference of Banking Terminology)(Every day News paper and Banking Service Chronicle Magazines,Pratiyogita kiran Magazines)

    Dear Aspirant,
    The syllabus of Bank PO exam and Bank Clerk exam are generally same. But the difference is that the level of questions for PO paper is tough then that of Clerk exam.
    The syllabus of both exam consisits 20-20% questions of the following subject:
    1. Reasoning ability.
    2. General knowledge specially banking and current affairs.
    3. General maths.
    4. Computer knowledge.
    5. English.

    Eligibility criteria:
    1. Education: a degree holder in any subject is eligible foe applying for both posts. But for clerk 10th pass with 60% or 12th pass with 50% are also eligible. No percentage required in above mentioned class for reserved group candidates.
    2. Age:
    i. For sbi PO: 21-30 years.
    ii. For ibps PO: 20-30 years.
    iii. For all clerks: 18-28 years.
    Reservation upper age:
    i. Obc- 3 years.
    ii. Sc/st- 5 years.
    iii. PH.- 10 years.

    Hello dude!

    Clerical and probationary officer posts are conducted in all the banks.The details are mentioned below:

    The Institute of Banking and Personal Selection released its notification for the clerical exam and the last date for applying is November 5th.

    EXAM PATTERN: The exam pattern for clerical post is changed and previously there used to 50 questions in each section and total of 5 sections but now the exam is conducted online and there will be 5 sections and each section consists of 40 questions only.For every corect answer one mark will be awarded and for every wrong answer 0.25 mark will be deducted.

    When it comes to p.o exam,there will be both objective test and descriptive test.In descriptive test they check the reading and writing skills of the candidate.

    ELIGIBILITY DETAILS:
    The eligibility details for the clerical exam are mentioned below:
    • Candidate must be citizen of India.
    • Must have completed 10th or 12th standard with atleast 55% of marks.
    • Minimum age allowed is 18 years and applicable for all categories.
    • The maximum age is 28 years.
    • The candidates belonging to SC/ST category will get 5 years upper age relaxable.
    • The candidates belonging to OBC category will get 3 years upper age relaxable.
    • The candidates belonging to Physically handicapped category will get 10 years upper age relaxable.
    • The candidates belonging to Ex-service men category will get 5 years upper age relaxable.
    Coming to the syllabus,there are 5 sections.Each section consists of 40 questions.They are:
    1.Numerical ability.
    2.English.
    3.Basics of Computers.
    4.Aptitude.
    5.General awareness.
    The syllabus is common for both the clerical and posts.
