    Hello Dear

    Almost all companies are strict when it comes to backlogs.In B.tech mostly IT companies would visit your campus for the recruitment.You may face trouble because they never negotiate on eligibility terms.As far as backlogs are concerned , they will never effect while you go for higher studies .Until you clear your backlogs ,you would face problem. Lets have a glance at the eligibility criteria set by most of the IT sector companies while on-campus/ off -campus drives

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
    --> 60 % THROUGH OUT ACADEMICS

    --> NO ARREAR OF BACKLOGS IN ANY SUBJECT DURING THE TIME OF INTERVIEW.
    --> FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST(good communication skills is mandatory)
    --> EXPERIENCE OF 0 TO 12 MONTHS (HOWEVER FRESHERS MAY APPLY )
    --> NO YEAR GAPS WHATSOEVER IN EDUCATION.

    You are not satisfying the second term.So you will have to face the consequences.Its better if you concentrate on your backlog subjects and come up with a good percentage by clearing them. Later on you may think for jobs.I hope you understand.

    At present you can apply in Banking Sector jobs with your 10th an 12th percentage.
    The entry level positions in various Public Sector banks through I.B.P.S are

    --> Clerical Cadre positions(most recommended for you)
    --> Probationary Officers
    (you wont be allowed for this exam without graduation certificate)

    ELIGIBILITY for I.B.P.S - C.W.E (Clerical Cadre)

    --> You should have completed 10th with 60% marks (OR) 12th class with a minimum of 55% of marks (OR) Graduation from a recognized University with pass mark.However the percentage criteria may vary from bank to bank.

    -->The age criteria for the Clerical cadre jobs is age of 18 to 30 for general category candidates.For O.B.C category Candidates, relaxation of 3 years , SC/ST category Candidates have 5 years relaxation

    Anyways best of luck for a bright career ahead.

    Regards Saurav

    Hello dear,
    Actually with history of backlogs thats creates problems in getting jobs in some company's don't allow such students. but if you don't clear then no company gonna hire. Complete your backlogs then start applying for jobs, you will definately get job.

    If you look for higher studies you & pass out , their will be plenty of opportunies available. so don't worry clear those and keep focused on subjects
    Thank you!!!!
