    Institue of Banking Personnel Selection

    IBPS conduct the bank exam every year for po and clerk for 19 public sector of bank.

    If you want to apply for clerk should be 12th pass with 55% and 10th with 60% marks from recognised board.

    Age for clerk post in IBPS should be between 18 to 28 years(relaxation for obc/sc/st).

    Dear Aspirant,

    I.B.P.S is an Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.

    It conducts a Common Written Exam for Clerical Cadre Posts twice in a year.

    If you want to apply for clerical cadre posts,You should obtained minimum educational qualifications.

    Educational Qualifications:

    A candidates should Obtained minimum 10Th Standard or S.S.C with 60% of marks from recognized Board

    (OR)

    A candidate should be obtained Intermediate/10+2 with 50% of marks from recognized Board

    (OR)


    Any Graduate from recognized university can eligible to apply for these posts.

    Other than general category candidate should not need any minimum percentages only need qualifications for SC?ST/OBC Candidates.

    Age Limits:

    General Category Candidates:

    Minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 28 years

    Other Backward Category Candidates:

    Minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 31 years

    Matriculation is the minimum requirement for applying for clerical post.
    a minimum pass 60% aggregate marks in matriculation is required for general candidates.
    for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXSM candidates only a pass division is required in matriculation.

    ibps is an aronym for institute of personnel selection.it is conducted by 19 banks in combine
    clerical cwe(common written exam)is one of the exam conducted by ibps where they recruit candidates for various bank clerical jobs.
    for writing this exam we should have obtained higher secondary examination from an approved board and you should have a degree qualification
    there will be written test which will be objective as well as subjective.
    the objective question papers will be based on
    reasoning
    english language
    quantitative ability
    general awareness
    computer knowledge

    IBPS Clerk exam eligibility

    1)Aspirants with 60% marks from a government-approved matriculation system are eligible for appearing IBPS clerical cadre exam.
    2)50% in a higher secondary exam or a degree.

    nationality-IBPS mandate allow Indians, Nepalis, Bhutanese and Tibetans, who are settled and in India.

    minimum age - 18 years as of 18.01.2011 and maximum is 28. Relaxation is provided for ST (5 yr), other backward communities( 3yrs), disabled (10yrs), widows (9 yr) and some other classes.

    The candidates for the clerical post in IBPS are selected from the common entrance test held by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. Almost 19 banks in the public sector fill their vacancy based on IBPS entrance test. The exam will he held twice every year and the exam score is valid for one year only. To appear for the exam, the candidates must have completed 12th with at least 50% marks. Even applications from candidates with a score of minimum of 60% marks in their 10th examination are also accepted. Graduates can also apply for the exam. The age of the applicant should be between 18 and 28 years, inclusive of both. The candidates from the reservation category have relaxation in both age and marks. IBPS exam is of objective nature and includes 250 questions. The duration of the exam is 2 hours. The total marks for the exam is 250. For each incorrect answer, marks is deducted from the total. The exam pattern consists of Test of English Language, Test of Reasoning, Test of Numerical Ability, Test of Computer Knowledge, and Test of General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry. The applicants for the exam have to pay a fee of Rs. 350/- through online banking or credit card.

    sir maine ibps cleark cwe ka exam qualify kar liya hai par problem ye hai ki maine form fill karte time apni graduation complite hone ki information di thi, par sir maine graduation june 2011 me complite to kar liya hai par mera ek back paper dena baki hai jo ki july 2012 tak confirm hoga sir hame koi problem to nahi hogi na, halaki maine 12th science side se 66% marks se maine pass kiya hai..please aap kuch batao. as soon as possible.-sandeep-7838857703

    for the ibps clerk exam , the eligibility criteria is ,

    ~~ you should have completed intermediate ith a minimum of 55%
    ~~ your age should be below 28 years , if you belong to oc category
    ~~ your age should be below 31 years , if you belong to obcc ategory
    ~~ your age should be below 33 years , if you belong to sc or st category
    ~~ you should be a citien of india

    IBPS-Institute Of Banking Personal And Selection.
    Clerk Post-Graduation from any stream.
    No Percentage Required.

    Age Limit is 18 years to 28 years.
    Age relaxation for reserved category.

    Computer basic skills are necessary.

    IBPS includes All nationalized banks and also Regional Rural Bank.
    But except State bank Of india.

    State Bank of India have their own scheme of examination.

    IBPS conducts CWE(Common Written Exam).
    CWE is for all post probationary officer,clerk post and specialist officer post.

    Regarding the educational qualification for IBPS:

    1. A pass with 60% marks in the aggregate in Matriculation/SSC/SSLC/10th
    std. Examination of 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent.

    2. For SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXSM candidates a pass in the aggregate in Matriculation/SSC/SSLC/10th std. Examination of 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent.

    3.A pass with 50% marks in HSC examination of 10+2/11th Std. or Intermediate/Pre-University or any equivalent examination/Diploma in Banking recognized by Central/State Government or U.T. administration.

    IBPS IS Conducted by the association of 21 banks.and the exam is conducted for 200 marks.

    The Institute of Banking and Personal Selection conducts common written examination for the clerical posts.The notification is already released by the Ibps.The complete details are mentioned below:

    EXAM PATTERN: The exam pattern is also changed and previously there used to be 50 questions in each section and total of 5 sections but now the exam is conducted online and there will be 5 sections and each section consists of 40 questions only.For every corect answer one mark will be awarded and for every wrong answer 0.25 mark will be deducted.The total duration of the examination is 2 hours.

    ELIGIBILITY DETAILS:
    The eligibility details for the clerical exam are mentioned below:
    • Candidate must be citizen of India.
    • Must have completed graduation from any recognized university.
    • Minimum age allowed is 18 years and applicable for all categories.
    • The maximum age is 28 years.
    • The candidates belonging to SC/ST category will get 5 years upper age relaxable.
    • The candidates belonging to OBC category will get 3 years upper age relaxable.
    • The candidates belonging to Physically handicapped category will get 10 years upper age relaxable.
    • The candidates belonging to Ex-service men category will get 5 years upper age relaxable.

    • To be eligibile for it, you need to
      have completed the graduation in
      any of the discipline and it should be
      from the recognised university.
    • And there is no minimum
      percentage marks in graduation
      prescribed for it.
    • Your's age must have to be in
      between 20 years to 28 years.
    • The availability of upper age
      relaxations is provided only to the
      reserved category students as per the
      notification.
    • After qualifying in the written
